Sales & Promotions:

Sales/Promotions are active only on days of the promotion. Any orders placed before or after a sale has ended will not be honored. 

 

Offers from Customer Service:

Customer service offers are valid only within 6 months of receiving. Offers are subject to review and are at the discretion of NXTLVL.

Your use of NXTLV.COM is subject to Next Level’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Shipping Policy:

All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out.

We can not accommodate customers who want to use their own shipping companies/terms due to fraudulent shipping methods and contracts.

 

Overnight Shipping:

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.

 

Shipping Address

We will not sent orders place with either a p.o. box billing address nor shipping address. Both address must be a complete address.

Billing address MUST be the same for the card being used. If shipping address is an alternative address, customers will be contacted to confirm shipping address. If phone number provided is invalid your order will be cancelled! We must get in contact with whom is making the purchase. 

 

Store Credit:

Any partial/full store credit used on an order makes the order final sale. All credit issued from NEXT LEVEL is valid only on www.NXTLVL.com.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Next Level is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Next Level and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Next Level collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Next Level collects this information for the following reason(s):

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our Web site. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Agreement. ​Return Policy/Online Return Policy:

Next Level does NOT provide refunds. Only Store Credit or Exchanges

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At NXTLVL.com, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their order; our staff will do whatever we can do to make it better!

  • Return packages must be received within 14 business days of the date your order shipped from us.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Sign onto your account and fill out the Return section to obtain a Return Confirmation Number.

  • Please print confirmation number as well as receipt and place forms inside package being returned.

  • A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise by mail.

  • Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

  • The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RAM is issued. If merchandise is received after the 14 days customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

  • Return shipping will not be refunded.

  • Customer is responsible for covering shipping charge if product is being exchange.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.

  • NEXT LEVEL reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

  • All purchases made with partial or full gift certificates are final sale.

  • Any missing packages or damage items must be claim within 5 business days.

  • Restocking Fee 

    •  Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale items)

     

    The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

    • All items purchased on sale

    • Accessories

 

Next Level ONLY offers store credit or exchange. NO Refund is available.
NXTLVL.com recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
